Does anybody have any good tricks for tightening up the rearview mirror? Specifically mine does not hold its position when on rough terrain or switching to day/night mode, i.e. the ball joint is loose.

I had to do this. There should be a screw to loosen up the mirror enough to take it off the bracket. Once off, there should be another screw on the bracket itself that you can tighten up. That is the one that got loose on me.

Thaks I'll give it a shot. Is it a small torx or hex key?
