hi i have a pair of sideways mount rear seats for any fj40. yes the seat bottom folds up against the seat back to make more space. the hinge is good. the metal is good with the usual chips and surface rust. the vinyle is stained and old. sold as a pair only. $100. the total weight is about 55 lbs. miami florida. thanks, dave 305 717 8821 inbalr077@gmail.com
