Rear license plate bezel

Can someone enlighten me on how to remove this thing, i'm really My first thought was to remove the part that says Toyota on it, I figured there might be screws under there. I thought I would ask before I F'ed it up though.

drop down the lower tailgate, pop off the carpet, and remove the access panels. you can then use a wrench or small socket to undo it. good luck

Yeah, 10-mm nuts threaded on to studs inside of the tail gate. DON'T PRY OF THE "TOYOTA"
