reader's rides trouble

i tried to post my cruiser in the readers rides section today and wasnt able to. i was given an error code and a webmaster address. i sent an e-mail to the webmaster address and it was returned. my trouble is with the sign in process. its acting like i am entering the wrong information in order to verify who i am. thanks for any help anyone can offer me.
