...in your private messages...when sending or replying...

stupid way this is done, I hope to fix it...

clicking "cancel" is the same as saying "no, I don't need a read receipt"...why it says cancel is beyond me....

UPDATE

I dropped the receipt feature for almost everyone...the only people who have to mess with it are the Admin (me), Mods and Global Mods, and those included as Vendors. This allows at least this crew to ensure their private notes were received.

Still wanna figger out how to fix the stupid popup box tho....
