Well I just thought I'd add more pictures so all can see the progression of the truck over the 9 years that I've had it.

First - bone stock ('97-2000)

Second - 2" Downey springs, 1-1/2" longer shackles, 25mm t-bars, low profile stops, urethane a-arm bushings ('01-'05)

Last - as is so far.......I also finally got an aussie locker on the way, it only took almost 10 years

I have some BJ spacers I'd let go for cheap if you want them. They also have 5167 ranchos with them. I took them off to install a bracket lift. I'd sell the whole getup for 100 shipped.

Brian

edit: sheesh they droped the price some, I bought them for 130 after shipping pm me if you want them 80 with shocks

One cheap mod you NEED to do is add the lower frame truss. It mounts between the 2 rear lower A-arm mount points... these points like to spread and then your alignment is really whacked.

haha I know that all to well. The PO rolled the truck and the passagner side had excessive negative camber due to the spreading of arm mounts. The new rancho upper arms actually allowed the alignment to come back into specs. However, I don't know if a truss will mount without taking the truck to a frame shop......which is more $$$ than I care to spend.

Come-along... Seriously. You can pull the rear lower mounts together with a come-along. I did it on my 86 and 87 to mount the Rancho rear truss. You can brace either side to if you only need to move one. Works well.
