I have a old Radio Shack 19-903 5 watt handy talkie. I've done some searching for battery rebuilding but not having much success. Does anyone know of a place that can rebuild the battery pack?

some of them used to have a removable battery pack that you could actually replace with individual AA or AAAs. I imagine you already checked for that?

This one never had that option. I would like to breath life into this radio as it is a full 5 watts and not 2 like the other radios .

if you run out of more direct options, I could make sense to just have a custom little battery pack on you with a thinnish wire to the unit. Easy to DIY and not that much of a hassle in real life.
