Will the grill from a 2003+ UZJ fit on a 98-02 UZJ?

Partstrain has them for less than $80 shipped, and it would be a nice update to the looks.

anybody? i've searched about every possible word combination and can't find any confirmation that it would just snap into the same position as the 00 grill. i'm 99% sure that it will, but i'd just like some confirmation before ordering.

Report back on whether the lower metal piece can be ordered painted or if they only come in white.
