Question About Fenders?

Hey there peoples.

i see a lot of photos of FJC's with their fenders removed. i know it looks good but was wondering if it serves any other perpose.

Yes and no. Some claim they trap dirt and rocks.

hmmm, not sure I understand ... do you mean removing the fender flares ... some do it for more clearance ... looks good especially with a bigger tire i.e. 34-35 ...
