Anybody here seen a GOOD rear seat cover that really wraps the base & back cushions, and has separate covers for each headrest?

I REALLY would like the 60/40 split to work since I store load straps & misc behind the seat.

I'm fine with $$$, my boxer is getting passive-aggressive towards my Tundra.

He poops right in front of the driver door, no joke.
Bozo has an easy 1500'++ lawn & gravel driveway, 1st poop is always in front of the Tundra door since he doesn't ride in it but always rides in the 80 (no poop there). I swear he knows what he's doing.

If I don't get a seat cover I'm pretty sure he'll 'turn up the volume' more......and I don't want to see what that would be.

I have the Carhartt Seat Savers. The 60/40 split is around $275 on their site, but you can look around and maybe get a better deal. They are super durable, but I'd rate them a 6-7 out of 10 for fitment all around (front and back). On the back seats they don't slip all the way down the back. You'd think for $$$ they would. The front passenger seat cover always seems to come loose, but the driver side does not; I need to look into it and see if there is any other way I can place bottom attachment point somewhere else (currently on the seat adjustment bar). Otherwise no complaints. They do fit fairly well and seem like they will hold up.

the tundra forums live by wet okole, clazzio and katskins. i had wet okole in my 40 and found them to not be durable and they showed every bit of the slightest oils from your skin, but i wasn't going to spend $800 on the clazzios..for that, i'll wait til what i have is trashed and just get the seats recovered.
i found the durafits on amazon. durable enough, fit decent (they were loose looking when i first put them on, but after a few warm days, they've settled well). i did do the rear seat mod to allow them to tilt down and the rear cover gets caught where the hooks are and has gotten a couple holes in it and the headrests were a B&%^% to put on and the velcro looks pulled, but the price was right. $180 for both front and rear. i'd do it again

i don't have pics of them now that they've settled, but here's the pics from when i first put them in

Wow those look like a screaming deal for $180! How thick is the material?

@nuclearlemon - ungh. I hate to admit this (my age showing, I'm no millennial) - I'm not trained to hit Amazon. Funny, right? - the "global domination" HQ is ~75 miles from me.

I'll have to Amazon it, see what sticks.

My big thing is fit, dogproof for at least 2yrs between changeouts, charcoal/black color.

I'm just covering rear, since he wears a real harness & is belted in traffic. Really the 40% side is all I'm going to even use - the 60% side is just extra material.
The front 2 buckets are "people only" / no covers. He's trained to the rear PS door.

He's only 3, and I don't expect to get another boxer (they cute AF, but 2 is a zoo:):(:cautious::mad:) - he's a nut for rides & all that, so I'll spend the $$$$ for whatever cover best fits my parameters though.

1 boxer lays on the couch, 2 boxers want to know what the inside of the couch tastes like ;)

you can get just the rear row. iirc, about $90. if you don't amazon, you can order direct from their website

This is why I love the work truck package on my ‘12 DC Base 5.7!

Sadly, the package is getting harder to find on new units, especially with the 5.7.

As a sounding board idea, I'm thinking I may just get a leather seat cover for the rear 60/40 seat, tuck a towel on it were Bozo likes to be.

It's what I've done in the 80 (std rr leather seat), and I just slather the spot he hits with saddle oil every couple years, let it soak in & wipe off.

I keep toenails rounded with a Dremel (gotta start young), so no holes or hard scratches from him. He's only ~65#'s so not too heavy either.

It's $$$ but a proven method for me in the 80. :meh:
