PWR ETC and Crawl switches (1 Viewer)

Just picked up a new (second hand) car yesterday and noticed the PWR switch doesn't seem to work along with the crawl controls

I've pulled the switches and tested with a multi metre all ok

Has anyone seen this before or have an idea if there is a related fuse or harness I can trace?

Our lx was like that when we got it, dealer hooked it back up for free I believe

Any idea what they did? I didn't get from a Toyota dealer, came from an auction

Not sure what they did. We got it out of state. Dealer is great here
