i got it back lifted up but im afraid to lower it down because its bottoming out on the front shocks.

30mm bolt on rear of torsion bar is tightened all the way clockwise while vehicle is raised. and front end is still slammed to the ground when jack is lowered. the threaded cross bolt that the 30mm bolt threads into is seated correctly,
was i supposed to install torsion bar while tires were on the ground?
please tell me what im doing wrong

My adjuster arm is loose when front wheel is lifted but still barely touching the ground

Rear is on master spline also, I didn't do the 5 notch thing because I heard you only need that for 2.5" lift not 1.5"?

Ok, I put marks on 12 o clock on both sides of the torsion bars. And I put both of those marks on the missing spline "master spline"

Do I just need to index them 5 splines on each side? I feel like there's something else I'm missing . I'll check today when I'm home from work

i had to re-index my Ironman bars twice. With my setup (Big bumper, winch, sliders = lots of extra weight) it took a lot of fiddling , and it's annoying, but once you get it in just the right spot, it becomes perfect.

There is not fixed number of splines. It depends on your weight and ride height. You just have to fiddle with them until you find the right position.

Did the lndex on the front like 5-6 splines and we're good! Thanks guys.
Gonna get the rear springs and shocks on and adjust so the rear is 1" high.
OR, should I adjust it so there front is level with the rear since the front will most likely settle about an inch?
