Purchase gone south? (1 Viewer)

Purchased a couple decals from the main page of IH8MUD back in May - never heard anything and haven't ever received them. I sent an email to customer service and still haven't heard anything. Is anybody at the other end. I know it was only $6 but still...would have expected to received them by now.

Is something wrong with the site?

They mail via USPS, and I haven't received an email recently on missing merchandise. (sadly, USPS loses a few, but the alternative is charging more for shipping that the stickers are worth)

We DID just get an envelope returned with an invalid address...please contact the email in your paypal receipt so we can track the order.

I just sent another email - hoping this one finds its way - this is actually my 3rd attempt. My 1st email went to mdse@ih8mud.com and the 2nd to woody@tierodmedia.com. This time I sent it to both emails at once. My purchase was made back on May 26th through my verified Paypal account and address.

Thanks for your response - and I understand issues like this happen. I don't want to come across as complaining - just wanted to inform you that I hadn't gotten the product yet and check the status of my order. Trust me, I do a lot of transactions through Paypal and I am genuinely amazed at our nation's shipping capabilities - and I fully understand if one envelope gets lost somewhere in the process.

pretty sure my mailman hates me because priority packages come to my house on a daily basis - most of the time not fitting in my mailbox so he has to hoof it up my driveway and leave them on my porch - I give him a nice Christmas card every year for his troubles though

Just wanted to close this out by saying 'Thanks'. This forum is awesome in so many ways and it has become my favorite site to visit when I have free time. I can now display my IH8MUD decal proudly on the side of my FZJ80
