3.0” 0.065” wall 304 stainless exhaust, all tig welded

Icon wheels with internal beadlocks, and Kenda 37s. This is the final wheel/tire combo.

Some additional protection at the LCA mounts.

Beautiful!

The passengers will appreciate the heat shielding.
Also why it shoots straight down instead of trying to follow the body. I wanted a large air gap at the hottest spot

Paint - 2K epoxy primer followed by a 2K Satin black.

This way Jim or us can touch it up after wheeling without too much prep or hassle.
I'm about to do something to my frame. It's in great shape with just some surface rust on parts of it. So, if you don't mind sharing, how was it prepped and what did you do inside the boxed portion?
