Its a very rewarding DYO challenge..
All I have done is taken the block apart sandblasted all metals and gavanised them. Changed the bearing and most importantly changed the felt seals. New engineering felt seals block off dust and dirt and protect the mechanism. The bearing must be shielded, too!
When you use your truck in sand, water, dirt a lot these parts definitely suffer. I have only seen cloughed up dirty, rosted ones and the more you forget about them the worst they become. They can completly reduce your winch capacity and on the long run damage your spider kit. Btw the early spiders are no longer available so its worth looking after your pillow blocks.. This is my two pence.
Enjoy the photos..

I could not find new felt seals for the pto winch on my BJ74.
Did yours come from Toyota?

The "6205" is the basic bearing (OD X ID X Width), the "2RS" means that it has 2 rubber seals. The "C3" part I was unfamiliar with until I searched a tiny bit. It is the internal clearance of the bearing. The whole p/n is not unique to Koyo, all of the bearing mfg's make bearings to these p/n's.
I bet if you search the whole p/n that you'll find a vendor local to you.

Thank you!

When I need felt parts I buy a sheet of felt in the grade and thickness I need from mcmaster carr and cut/punch the part out.

Felt is pretty easy to work with.
