My FJ25 and FJ40 are proud to announce the arrival of a new addition to the family as of a week and a half ago.

Weighing in at 4300 pounds and 184 inches long, baby and grandparents are all doing fine.

Sun Fusion, 4x4, AT, R-Locker, A-Trac, steel wheels, BFG 285 AT's, roof rack, (rock rails coming)

What kind of wheels are on the FJC?

congrats, get out there and wheel that thing, tell us how you like it in comparsion to the 40's. I've gone out w/ a 40 before and boy were they impressed. What an addition to the family.

Did the BFG's come as an option?

I'm not sure if Toyota offers them as an initial purchase option. My local tire store gave me "swap credit" on the originally supplied Bridgestone HT street tires towards the BFG's after I drove it directly from the Toyota dealership to the tire shop. Ended up costing me about $475 for the five new 285/70R/17 AT KO's.

Thanks, and will do. Got a 4x4 trip planned to Ocala in a couple of weeks with a couple other local FJC's. I'll let you know how it stands up to the old-school originals.

good deal! i'd much rather have the black steel wheels too. enjoy your new addition.

edit: also, does your new ride get a spot in that garage too?
