i have my 77 fj40 listed over in the general for sale section and on Craigslist. Not getting a lot of action. Thoughts on price point? Not a desperate to sell deal but have an investment opportunity that would be good to free up a little cash.

I'd say outside of an auction environment you are on the high side. If you are trying to get a premium you should probably fix the few items that need fixing, detail the heck out of it and 1) send to an auction or 2) consign it.
