Power seat tracks misaligned

I have a '99 and removed the front seats for lubing and cleaning. I had the PS seat bolted down and moved the tracks forward to get access to the worm gear, but did not have the DS bolted down and the tracks became misaligned. Only the LH worm gear has moved. I re-installed to hopefully realign and the power FWD/REV only operates for about a 1/2" and will not operate any further. Note: the gears made a bit of a grinding noise at the end of the range when I first moved the DS. without realizing only 1 track was moving.
Any ideas as to what has "misaligned" now and how to resolve.View attachment 3013471
