Is there any interest here for a powder coat system that my company is getting rid of?

We just pulled our old system out to make room for a new $150k system that we are installing tomorrow.

The old system still worked pretty good despite its age and had around 15k worth of new parts installed over summer. It did come with its share of problems but we were also doing 90 wheels a day on it.

I've been told to either scrap it or sell it for $3000 though I may be able to go a bit lower for ONSC member.

Not for the average buyer but still cheap for anyone here who has a shop (Darin :grinpimp:) or just has some money lying around for something like this.

Will need some room though these are industrial grade machines and take up some space.... will post up pics later. It includes a large bead blaster (buck shot), powder booth and oven.

I'm sure I could deliver it for the extra cost of gas, but a fork lift would be needed to unload it..... and since i'd have to do it on the weekend and not get paid for it, a whole lot of  for me.

Oh yeah it does include the gun of course and a monorail and pnuematic chain hoist...... forgot this runs off of 440V

Criminy man.

I would have to build another building and get some new power lines run. Seems like a really great price though.

I've got 3 phase line running near my house, but no where near the space for what is needed...

I agree with your thinking. Find a small shop to rent with a couple of lifts and. Add the blaster and powder coater. Maybe some tire mounting and balancing machines.

And of course a kegerator and a bar:)
