Hello y'all,
I've had this beast for about five years now, and havn't done enough with it. (Same 'ol story i.e. $$$ and time). Not that I have a little coin I'm looking for some help in the Visalia area. My problem goes like this: 351w, Dana 44TTB in front, Ford 9" in the rear, and replaced the NP208 x-case all functioning well. Notice I left out the tranny. The c6 is freshly rebuilt with some HD improvements for moderate 4x4ing. I've replaced the busted up flexplate and reinstalled the c6. Problem is that the TC keeps slippin out of the pump of the tranny. I've bout had it with fluid and fighting with the bellhousing on the floor of my garage. So, I'm looking for someone that would be willing to help in the Visalia area. I'd prefer to tow the beast to a shop with either a pit or a lift, cuz I'm done rollin on the floor chasing sockets into the driveway. I know your thinking that I damaged the pump, but I'm pretty sure it's still legit. Why? because my dumbass has burnt up a tranny before the same way. So as soon as I lost forward gearing I didn't run it anymore. Anyhow, a long story short, if you are interested in doing a little side work for some dough just reply to this thread and we'll see what's up.

Next will be a cage, seats, and gauges.

Gald to see you made it Ed.

I found out this morning, in the staff lounge, that Ed is wheeler too (too bad he isn't a Toyota wheeler... I gues some people haven't figured out how to wheel properly). I thought he might be able to find a good shop or someone that wants to make a little cash on the side.

We are always out as a club or individually wheeling. Once you get your rig working, you will have to do a run with us.

As soon as the weather warms up I'll go see the guys at Hard Core 4x$. Thanks. It's close to my house too...

Hey Ed,
I'll help you with your tranny if you help me with pulling and replacing my trany and t-case.

I was thinking of just going to Hardcore 4x4 since it's near my house. I enjoy working on my bronco, but tranny work is a pain in the rear end. What are your plans for wheeling this summer?

there is rubicon, dusy, moab, calico, and the quick an easy access, bald mountain, coyote lake and red lake.
