Just go to CP and click on the left where it says "edit avitar" and follow that. Have a 100 by 100 megapixel jpeg file picture ready to attach.

pixel size 100x100

so..how the hell do you even tell how big a picture is by pixel size? Ive got jpegs that are 2k in size and it still says its to large.

You can change the pixel HxW in MicroSoft picture manager, go to resize, then type in 100x100 and it will automatically convert the size
