i was at some state fair in TX and had rattle snake and opossum stew......if i remembered correctly i s*** myself shortly there after...

i know he's fat but i dont think his tongue is the size of a cows....
Opossum Pie:
One fat possum, preferably roadkill.
Debone meat, cut into cubes.
Make a homemade pie crust and fill with meat, potatos, peas, carrots, pepper, sea salt, onions. Cover with crust and cut vent holes.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, them pull out of oven.
Start drinking liberal amounts of tequila and beer, till you are s***faced enough that you forget it is possum meat.

don't know myself, but have always heard that 'possum meat is real greasy.
