Which one is easier to use and requires the least prep? Prep is a concern becasue I have an area in the wheel well at a weld that would be very difficult to get sanded thorughly. Where in town could I get either of these?

i've just por and it's a bit of a pain. never used rust bullet but it looks a easier. prolly gonna use it on the budget buggy

It can be painted, with a brush, directly over rust and it's flexible. I've only received a sample, but it's pretty amazing--just $$.
