Pneumatic Spot Weld Drill

Does anyone have a source for a decent quality, lower priced unit that comes with a removable clamp? I wont need it forever so something comparable to Harbor Freight quality will be worth considering. I don't see many options online other than Worth ($$$) Dent Fix ($$$) Astro Pneumatic ($$) and a couple of overseas units that are affordable but unknown and probably take forever to ship. Thanks.

if you meant a self-contained unit, can't you instead use a spot weld drill bit in a standard drill? that would be very inexpensive I would think. I have seen one from Eastman IIRC.

That's the method I have been using. I'm looking to get away from that torture and am willing to spend a little more for it.

What did you get the DF-1?

Its an early DF-15DX I think, it doesn't have a rubber grip.

Yeah good call spot weld drill bits are torture.

Indeed, they are fine for a few welds here and there but going at it all day is brutal.
