Is there a way to have the PM default to not ask whether I want a confirmation/ reciept? I trust most of the guys I PM but that box doesn't!

unfortunately, not a switchable option...I wish it was tho, it drives me nuts too!
and the dialogue has never made sense....cancel effectively means no....strange...
