Pinyon Mtn, Anza Borrego

I tried to take my 80 through that tight squeeze on the Pinyon Mtn trail and chickened out. I went inside it and tried to go through with my doing the spotting LOL... The boulders were about an inch away from grinding my doors and the roof line and decided to back out. Tried this a couple of times and on the last try trashed my right front fender flare backing out.

Then I had a lot of fun backing out around those other small boulders in the middle of the trail. Had to use my lockers...

Just wondering if anyone has successfully negotiated through there in a wagon.

yup, saw some pics of an 80 having gone through. Of course, it was a bit narrower afterwards compared to before...

Yeah I should have done a search before posting. Plenty of info. I saw the pics of the cruiser you're referring to. I'm glad I didn't push it. I would have been bummed with that kind of damage. I seriously doubt an 80 can go through there unscathed. Would love to see someone do it though...
