Is Glenn Beck not getting close to the $5000 Pig budget in those pics? I bust my ass to keep the spending under control and then pics like that along with Jims just kick me in the arse!

Assuming "Jims" referred to me, gonzo is un poco loco.

Glenn probably exceeded the $50,000 budget by the time he had that pig standing on a SOA with the 6BT in it, before they started all that bodywork.

But to quote the great one:

I like to say I spent $5k on my build, adjusted for inflation back to the original vehicle build date.

Build fever, definitely not new. Some reason once got the pigs I kicked this one to curb. Once I get the pig off to the body shop for the winter I’m finishing my 40.

We do need all we can get. I just got back inside from my first round of blowing and pushing snow. Getting gooseneck trailer out of the snow to haul PIG to GJ hopefully this weekend. Unfortunately for me they are saying we will get around 19" snow by Saturday morning.

3 weeks ago I spent all day hunting Elk with a 86 year old patient of mine who is like my grandfather. As we drove the 52 miles around his 6000+ acre ranch he was born on he mentioned several waterholes where he couldn't recall them ever being dry but they were. As much as I bitch and moan about this white stuff So many ranchers are dependent upon it for their livelihood.

The entire southwest is dependent on the Colorado River watershed. Very many more dry seasons in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and it’s gonna be game over for a lot of people.

Only 40 million people in seven states, two countries and several Native American tribes...just to be brutally exact. Spent a fair amount of time during my years committing politics and consulting dealing with water issues.
