My 2016 land cruiser is at a shop where it was getting a state safety inspection. They noted that I have a missing bracket where the ebrake cable mounts to the rear axle (it didn't fail the inspection, it was just a courtesy note). I googled and searched 'mud and haven't found what this bracket looks like. Does anyone have a picture of it so I can show it to my Toyota parts guy or fabricate something similar? Thanks in advance for whatever you can share. I'm going to keep googling hoping for a random picture of it.

Hey Charlie is it this one (below my reservoir)

I don’t have a photo on there is on more by the rear link mount as well. The mounts are basically glorified clips

Thanks! He said it was on the axle.

(edited to remove irrelevant fluff)

As it happens, my 2015 is on the lift today so easy to take a pic but there is no bracket on the axle. Maybe a MY difference?

Mine goes from rear links straight into hub like this as well. No bracket on the axle.

Thank you all. I really appreciate it.

You guys are absolutely right! It was one of the cable brackets like you said.

I must've forgotten to reinstall it when I took off my sliders. Easy fix!
