I searched and only found one or two pics. I am thinking of picking up a fiberglass toneau cover for a pickup truck and cutting it down to fit the top of my M416 trailer. I also have a extra fiberglass hardtop without a raingutter that I could cut down. If I did that, I have a spare raingutter that I would install so I could mount a rack on it for an RTT. I guess I am looking for suggestions.

Hi,

Just spoke to Scott over at Laser Lite Covers (great guy, even better service and product) and he said if some of the guys expressed intrest in an aluminum cover ( I had one for my truck, extremely strong!!) he would come up with an estimate to build one for the trailers. Scott makes a "sandwich" of aluminum and polyurethane that is incredibly tough and durable.

I don't have measurements for the M416, but if someone could email him it may get the ball rolling, might be a nice source for ready made tops that are quality made and resonably priced.

Good luck, Pat

call a local fiberglass shop or boat repair place. they could probably make you a flat sheet of fiberglass in no time. If you were in TX, where you could pick it up, I'd make you one.

I would look into a cover for a Toyota pickup. I will bet it is in the ball park.
