Pics from Toyotafest 2005

I just got back from spending the day at Toyotafest at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. Mark (65SWB45), Gene (Land Cruiser Junky), and Steve (Owensexport) were a few of the other Mud members that brought their trucks. The other Toyota models (especially the Scions) dominated the Land Cruisers, but it was still a good turnout. Mark won the prize for the overall oldest Toyota at the event and I got lucky and won the prize for the best Land Cruiser. All in all a good day! Here is a link to a bunch of photos that I took:

I want to personally thank all you guys for
coming out today!!
I was so busy in the booth that I did not have much
time to talk, but I am glad we got a nice showing of
cruisers... Lets make it more for next year!!!

Great weather, super friendly folks, and some of the sweetest cruisers I've seen. I still think that Gene's classic and the canopy stole the show.

I was there yesterday and had a good time. Too bad I had to leave early because it's a long way home. I hope you guys remember my white FJ40 with the full body diamond plate.
