Hey Jody and Dave,

I've been pimp'n this event with TAC, LSLC & White Trash and thought it may not be a bad idea to start getting a head count for the burgers and dogs.

I'll have Debi & Holley for sure, Becca is a maybe right now.
I know Don P. and Derrick are gonna make it and prolly Golden. I'd count Derrick as 3! :D ..... that boy can go through the groceries.

Looks like I'll be going solo this year... So just one for me. I may bring Emily (3.5 yrs.) I"m not sure yet, she doesn't like to ride in Buddy -- he's too loud and bumpy :)

I heard that the White Trash wasn't going to make it -- except you of course -- :)

Paul Wherenberg is coming for the first time in YEARS and YEARS though!!

I'm sure Dave Rising will be there, with maybe the little ones.

Poke, Josh and Fro backed out....kinda sucks. I'll do best to represent :flamingo:

Just trying to get the word out hopefully we can have a few more folks since yall made arrangements for the pavilion.

TAC is doing their Daylight Savings Run the following weekend at Tuttle....Anyone up for back-to-back wheel'n weekends? So far I think Eric, maybe Don P. and I are planning on it. :bounce2:

Jody, you need to break in the bling-bling ARB Taco bumper on some Kansas Rocks :flipoff2:

Has anyone talked to Deano lately???? Terry Hendricks is planning on coming down Saturday in Randall's 40 (I think she said). Still trying to see if she'll be able to come down with us on Friday. I think she's planning on going back Saturday night too....that's allot of driving in one day.

Looking forward to getting back down there....I ain't made a meeting one this year and it ain't look'n too good for the rest of the year either :crybaby: IH8F'NWORK'N :ban:

I'll be there! Looks like I'll bring 3 with me-Josh, Brad and a friend of Brad. Likely leave Edmond around 6-7 am Saturday AM and stay Sat night at the pavillion. I would like to go to the Daylight savings run, but I can't get 2 weekends in a row off-I need to get a real job so I might get that type of benefits d:>) Do we have drinks covered by anyone yet- or is everyone bringing their own? Try hard to get Terry to come down-I'd love to visit with her and would be willing to meet her somewhere along HER route if that would get her to make plans to attend.

Dave

I"m not sure of the number in our group (maybe just the wife and me).She doesn't eat meat so thats 1 tofu burger ( JUST KIDDING ) I'll have an Igloo in the 40 so really, dont worry about us.My rig may not be 100% trail ready but it's definatly ready for Yogi and Boo Boo!! We'll be rolling up from Tenkiller Saturday morning but I'll be doing a turn-around so I can get back to our cabin.I have to put the 40 on the trailer and we're rolling back to Edmond on Sunday around noon.My wife wants to do some canoeing and may just stay at Tenkiller, but if anyone knows about any canoe rentals at Disney that would be great. She isn't all that into alot of driving on the highway in the 40 but I really want her to come with me.See,we planned our trip just for Tenkiller and then I realised how close to Diney we're going to be and it's the same week-end and I'm a selfish SOB and it's always about ME and I never think about her wants and needs and I leave the toilet seat up and...get my point?

Don't worry about your rig not being "trail ready", you would not believe how I wheeled mine before it was as "trail ready" as it is now-a-days.

You'll be suprised what your rig can do in stock or near-stock form.

Don't pack a lot of food either. We will have plenty for lunch and dinner -- as we always do.

Jody.

No way I can get away for 2 weekends in a row...

And no, my Taco is an expedition rig :D Buddy is my trail thrashin' rig.

Haven't talked to Deano lately. Sure hope he makes it.

Jody.

Not going solo, my little wheelin' partner is on board!

Nope, not goin' solo. My little :princess: Emily is coming with me this year and we're camping if the weather isn't too cold. Ought to be fun for all... :bounce:

I'm really lookin' forward to it. I gotta get her used to riding in Buddy this weekend though... And I need to figure out how to mount that DVD player for her to watch.

Does anyone know of any canoeing operations running in close proximity to the Disney event ?
Prolly the best person to answer that would be Russ Hogan at Hogan's Off-Road Park, Park: 918-435-2737 Shop: 918-435-8001. Maybe a Google search for Grand Lake of the Cherokee's......but Russ should be able to tell ya what's in the Disney / Langley area.

Count me in - I'm trying to convince a friend he needs to drive the LX up there so I can play with both vehicles. After a week in Mexico for work, I'm ready to play - though it's going to be a long week getting ready. Spent half the day today just sorting out some wiring and making a new switch panel.

Now we need Bo to bring is candy machine so she and Holley can take turns getting free candy out of it  We're bringing Holley's Cruiser too.....which as fearless as she is scares me with that much water around.

Mike,
You DO have the roll bar and 5 pt harness installed don't you? With those, all you need to do is tie some styrofoam "floatation devices" to the sides and viola- no worries! :D

See you there,

Dave R.

One of my brother's classmates when we lived in Wyoming lived at the fish hatchery, and her father let her practice on the roads of the hatchery, but she had to wear a life jacket (I guess to float to the top of the car? or to scare her into being careful).

Would you like someone to bring Holley a lifejacket.

AHH come on Heath, I want to see Mike EARN his "white trash stripes :flamingo: " with some big "floaties" on the rig

Ah - foaties, like the ones that go on little kids arms - just wrap them around the roll cage right? Or in true white trash fashion, take the lids off some styrafoam coolers and duct tape them to the side. I'm not white trash, but I married into it!

Count me plus 2.. Well one is a 15year old so I'm guessing he'll eat like Derrick. Everyone camping at State park or at Russ's? Lemme know by Thurs! Be bringing the 40 and a toy for Jody.. SO?? What's in the raffle again? :)

Someone's bringin 55 gallon drums of BioDiesel to the raffle?!! AWESOME! (i know someone's kiddin here but it'd be cool cause Mike and I would use it to get home!)
