Parting out 89 FJ62 - Fredericksburg VA

Smtyblt & I picked;30 up a beaten 89 FJ62. He is keeping the Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case, Driveshafts, & Radiator as spares for his 62 buggy thing. I’m keeping the axle assemblies (including sway bars – for now), and brake system for my 40 project.

The rest is available, mainly body & interior items. (Unfortunately, this 62 does not have power windows or mirrors) Check out the pictures and let me know what you want and what you are willing to pay for it. I may be able to deliver parts to GSMTR or Coal Miners. Plan to take what is left in a month or so to the CLCC swap meet to be held in April.

The sheet metal seems free of rust. There is something rusted around the lock that looks like it would come off if you pulled the lock out. There is one interior panel missing.

Sorry. Smtyblt is hard on driveshafts. He has bought a bunch from cruiserparts.net over the years.

Need a rear bumper with brackets plus cross member that spoons with bumper. Bumper looks good however, must be clean on the back side.

Tim, i need one of the red rear sidemarkers, a tail light lens, and the rear heater if it works. Possibly the other heater core as well.

In fact, may as well make it both sidemarker and taillights, ill probably break them again.

PM me with how much you want for them. Oh, and if it ends up heading to the junkyard, i might like to cut the roof off of it. Maybe.

What kind of condition is the dash and the plastic piece that houses the dash gages and radio etc? If both the dash and the other bit are in great shape how much do you want for them?

Chrome is cracked, not what I would call very good condition. See pictures.

Rear bumper has a "ding", but is otherwise pretty clean. Some rust on the endcaps (Did you need those?) You want me to cut the rivets off frame to rear crossmember include that? That is doable.

$70 for the bumper & crossmember plus shipping, but I'd rather deliver it to an event.
