I have a 74 that has no motor. body is completely shot as is the frame. it does have a bunch of good stuff on it. i'm going to start parting it out this weekend, or take it as it sits!! prices are all pretty low on the stuff. it has a stock 4 spd, rears, driveshafts, AA chevy adaptor plate to the 4spd, dash switches, speedo assy, and more.. all sheetmetal is junk except for the hood. i'll see if i can upload pics here. i do have pics of it for those interested.

i started disassembly today. i've got plenty of parts- front heater, dash parts, wiring- not in the best of shape- trans, t-case, driveshafts, axles, you name it.

i never had a motor powering the trans, so i don't know how the syncros are, but it shifts fine just sitting there... you're close to me so i wouldn't have a problem with trying to meet you or something. you can pm me with an offer if you'd like.

the roll bar may have been screwed up. it is mounted on the rear fenderwells- both the main upright and the rear legs. i think the main hoop goes to the floor originally, but don't know for sure. if you are still interested, how's $20 sound??

looking for both sides of the hardtop that go above the doors, kind of narrow strips connect the rear panels to the front over the doors?

brian, i am actually in charlotte now- just moved. it's about 2 hrs each way. i think i have all the stuff you're asking about. tranny hump was sawzall'd in half by someone previously. it could be mig'd back together, or perhaps pop-riveted, if you're needing one. shoot me a pm with your phone # and i'll give a call. too much to type.

tires and wheels are available. dash pad was shot- i threw it out already. windshield hold downs are still there. i'm debating on wheter or not to use them for my wife's truck.. i'll let you know on that. in the meantime, i'd take $200 for the wheels and tires. they are 35's with 1/2 or less tread life left. rims are steel rock crawlers w/simulated beadlocks.
Looking for the hardtop piece that the rear swing up door mounts to. It connects the two side together.
do you have the little spring for the "foot vent" on the passanger side?

i have the spring and the heater assy- emails sent. i don't have the upper hardtop piece you're looking for. this had amby doors and that piece has damage to it. i'll be out of town for the weekend but can follow up with anything first of next week. thanks all!
