parting '85 FJ60 in NM

just aquired a blue w/ gray interior FJ60. i am using the frame, axles, tcase and brake system. up for sale is-

both rear side windows
both rear doors- rust free!
4sp tranny
most engine parts are there including smog stuff
carb fan
instrument cluster
ignition cylinder and keys are there
all AC parts
ask for something and i'll check if i have it!

body is gone
PS gone
crank pulley sold
rear lift gate-sold

I've been watching for '60's getting parted in the southwest where it's nice and dry and rust free vehicles are known to exist and even occasionally get parted. I'd like to find a clean rust free body shell.

I've been watching for '60's getting parted in the southwest where it's nice and dry and rust free vehicles are known to exist and even occasionally get parted. I'd like to find a clean rust free body shell.

Don't feel too bad. I'd already removed the entire right rear quarter panel up to the window and the left rear quarter about 4" up for our rusty and crunched trucks.

p.s. I do know where you could get an entire driveable truck for a price that might be what you were hoping to pay just for the body shell as well as another truck with a bad motor that you'd need to tow back to Canada. I'm pretty sure they are both rust free. Send me a PM if you want more details.

crank pulley is sold, rear lift gate is spoken for.

i'm home and can pull parts again. i have the dash/firewall again, so all AC parts are available. heater core is shot, but i have the heat/vent fan and motor.

PS parts are all gone. the battery tray isn't there, but I have 2 from FJ40's they are the from a '77. don't know if they are the same. i'll look it up. email me and i can send pics. swilliamsffpm@msn.com

i have all that. the drive train is still in the frame, so i'll have to drop the tranny to get to the flywheel, but no problem. i'll send a you a pm.

sorry. the whole front clip and fenders and all associated parts were gone when i got it. i haven't seen the fluid bottle either.

I am looking for the wiring harness that ties in the 4wd drive sensor off the t-case and the reverse sensor off the tranny and runs up to a connection right about the starter.
