2015 LX - I have found that when it is very cold my parking brake is sticking. It the brake is left on overnight as it gets into the 20s the handle will have no tension on it like the cable is sticking and when driven there is a drag/shake until things warm up. If the brake is left off the handle can be pulled but there is real no braking force applied.
Looking for input on the likely cause. I tow a boat so when launching it gets the whole rear axle submerged; is it possible that water has entered the cable housing and freezing?
Do I need to replace the cable or can it be 'dried' out?
Has anyone here serviced the parking brake system? Are there 2 cables or just one?

TIA
