My 80 needs some clear coat help and possibly some painting. I’m thinking about figuring out when to get it done and where.

I asked the same question recently and got several recommendations for Cars Metrics, 8101 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273. Unfortunately, my 80 is still in Tuscaloosa, awawiting graduation day, so I haven't had the chance to check them out yet. It's on my list for next week. If you get there before I do, LMK what you think.

Metrolina on US 21 (ask for Chip). Highly recommend.

Lately, I have also heard good things about CarMetrics. But have no experience with them personally.

A few years ago, I had a whole list. Many are out of business or quality drop off too much to recommend.

Chip at metrolina is great. He helped me
With my 40 on a ton of body work and did great.
I for some reason didn’t even think about him. Great call!!

I had mine done by a guy in Monroe, NC - Gabriel Sanchez. Almost 40 years of experience. He did mine about a year ago. Great work.
