@Beach80 had his 80 totally resprayed for what seemed like a reasonable price

Long shot here but anyone have a recommendation for a paint guy? I am at the paint stage on my LV restoration and I am getting some ridiculous numbers from some custom shops. I am in Virginia Beach but could deliver somewhere if needed. Thanks in advance.
7th gear autobody in Amelia Virginia just painted my 80. Including some rust repair, open door paint job, complete color change was $6500. I supplied all moldings, emblems ect. I did NOT pay for a show room paint job. There are imperfections that with many more hours of work could be taken care of. It's an offroad vehicle. That being said I feel I got a lot for my money. I dropped my landcruiser off in early November got it back late February. I get lots of compliments, Including at Cars and Coffee on the paint work. I believe his shop is capable of show room quality based on the number of classic cars I saw at his shop but I would assume that's going to cost more. I use to be the supervisor of the paint and detail shop at a Carmax store and graded paint work. I can be a bit picky because of that. Shaun Weyat is the owner, 804-307-7215.
