Hey guys - my 96 lx450 is throwing a P1709 with check engine light on.
1. I know there are one or two threads on this in the forum, but they never seemed to be fully resolved. Or maybe I'm too dumb to understand how it was resolved?
2. I've checked the shifter under the rig and it's not sloppy at all.
3. I know it could be a handful of things including the wiring, a short, the computer, or the entire box, but my question is:
Has anyone else encountered this? Are there solutions that are more probable than others? Just want to get a head start if I can. Thanks!
