Well, I've been sponging information from this forum for months now, figured I might as well post up. This is my 91 FJ80, just turned 200k, and is showing its age but still continues to surprise me with its capabilities.
As far as modification goes, it has home made sliders, tire carrier and jerry can thing, OME 850j/863 springs and the supporting OME shocks and stabilizer, an unknown roof rack (which i hope to replace with Prinsu), a backyard drawer system that utilizes the middle seats for a sleeping base, and other various trail mods.
I bought the truck with all the goodies on it, so I can't take credit for how aggressive it is, but all of those things were exactly what I was looking for anyway, so that saved some money. Hopefully sometime soon, I'll be posting more with pictures of where it goes and what gets done with it, but for now I'm just going to get in the habit of using a forum again (never have been a fan of forums).
I bought the truck with the intention of going "overlanding," but focus more on trail driving and camping than great life lessons and who has the greatest gear. But I still want to get everything right on this. So we will see how things go!
Note: unfortunately I recently got a new phone, so I'm out of all the pictures from when I got the truck to now. If anyone is interested I'm sure I can resurrect them somehow. These are just a few pictures from a beach trip to go play in the snow this weekend.
