After some research, has anybody thought of using a heavier-duty solenoid that is capable of 250A continuous duty? I know the DC88P is a bad ass, but the duty cycle still has a little to be desired @ 100A continuous. My 12K winch pulls 250A at 6000#. Just at a glance the SW202-60 has a continuous duty load of 250A. Other than cost and assume you can put this in a sealed box, is there any reason not to upgrade to a bigger set of solenoids. See the attached info incase I might have overlooked something.

Albright Reversing Contactor (SW202-60)

What do you guys think???

So this one solenoid replaces all 4 that comes with the winch? That box is way too big and I was trying to find something to replace it on my M12000.

Can anyone confim the duty cycle and amp rating of the warn 34971? Calling warn, they said yes they sell it and could not give me an application for it. I am not saying it is not a good contactor, but I would like to know what I am spending my money on. I do know what the above contactor does, and I can work around the water/dust issue.
