6 months and $10k later it's done with paint. Just have a few tweaks and then he's gonna get the upholstery done this winter. They were still working on the fitment of the hood in these pics.

Just dropped the 54 off at the expo car show this weekend. It was so much fun driving it there, half throttle is ridiculously fast. He finally got the interior finished too.

He did the bed in teak.

There's probably a people's choice award but there are some amazing cars there already. Don't think we stand a chance but he's tickled pink just to be entering it in the show and I'm just happy to have something I built be worthy of ever entering in a show. Maybe I'll bring it to the next club meeting now that it's done.
