Nope.. 4+ months and no chrome. Don choose the plating shop and he sent the parts to them based off a recommendation from someone here on MUD from what I gather. That shop won't talk to me since I'm not the customer.... And every time I ask Don he says he'll call and the response is they will " let me know tomorrow" .

Reviews show this shop is a 2nd party shop and sends work out and several other reviews say they never got their parts or received the wrong parts.

It's unfortunate, but I have shut down Trail Tailor Customs and have to be out out of that shop by the end of next week. I have no more space to store Don's piggie.

I wish I could have finished the last 7-10 hours of this build. But Don will need to install the door handles, locks, inner panels and back glass. If he wants to bring it up one day when he finally receives his parts I'm happy to finish it for him if he;s not able to.

This build is an absolute stunner and has gotten a ton of compliments from local piggie and cruiser owners that come in. I just can't store this build anymore.

Whoa, I didn't know you were shutting down Trail Tailor! Or are you just closing the build part of the business?

There are 2 companies.

Trail Tailor (all fab) this will stay open.

Trail Tailor Customs (all builds) will close in a few more weeks.

What lights are those in the front grille?

Don wanted these to function as markers and turns so I pulled the inner socket elements out of a set of 60 taillights and grafted them into the new fixture housings. Works great.
