Home now feel great. Dr from Trauma hospital gave me full release today on fall. Only thing left is surgery on clavicle, they decided it wasn't cosmetic, that should be in next month. Drove my wife over hill on Sunday for oysters, couldn't move shoulder after, so looking forward to being whole again

Whoa, Don, this sounds like some bad news stuff!
I hope they get you back on track.
 
We gotta have it ready for Cal Expo Autorama Sometime in May ? No pressure , But it would be a show stopper .

Nope.. 4+ months and no chrome. Don choose the plating shop and he sent the parts to them based off a recommendation from someone here on MUD from what I gather. That shop won't talk to me since I'm not the customer.... And every time I ask Don he says he'll call and the response is they will " let me know tomorrow" .

Reviews show this shop is a 2nd party shop and sends work out and several other reviews say they never got their parts or received the wrong parts.

It's unfortunate, but I have shut down Trail Tailor Customs and have to be out out of that shop by the end of next week. I have no more space to store Don's piggie.

I wish I could have finished the last 7-10 hours of this build. But Don will need to install the door handles, locks, inner panels and back glass. If he wants to bring it up one day when he finally receives his parts I'm happy to finish it for him if he;s not able to.

This build is an absolute stunner and has gotten a ton of compliments from local piggie and cruiser owners that come in. I just can't store this build anymore.
