Dang I want it

It reads like it'll work with either the three or four speed

Four speed get a new bellhousing and three speed just uses a spacer. Four speed is obviously worth more. Really cool but have no interest in adding a V8 to an FJ40. I drive my V8 powered Sequoia and 4Rrunner too fast. Don't need to do that with a suspension based on a vehicle from back in the fifties in the last century.

make a copy or two of that front page., it's cool. Looks Steadman like.

Googled Steadman and no clear answer what that means. Brought up a lot of stuff. As for the cover page that was Downey's logo back into the early seventies. Picked a catalog from Downey when it was a small shop in the back of the Downey Toyota dealer. This was in 1974. Cover on the catalog cover is in color.

David Deal was the artist, he did alot of car art, anybody remember CARtoons magazine? he was also an avid driver and is credited with creating the first baja bug
