As part of a joint effort with the U.S. Forest Service to conserve the Greater Sage-Grouse and its habitat across 10 western states, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a 90-day public review and comment period that ends on February 20, 2014. The Oregon Sub-Regional Greater Sage-Grouse Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment/EIS may be viewed at http://on.doi.gov/H9NDe1.
