Opinions on Price, year and Miles

Buddy of mine is looking at a west coast one owner 2009 LC with 175,000 miles, 21,875 miles per year.
No accidents with what looks like normal wear and tear. Supposedly a soccer mom car and may have towed a small ski boat in the summers. Dealer and maintenance records are complete. I think the owner also told that the 4wd Low light does not come on but it does go into 4lo.. said a "sensor" needed replacing, 300- or so.

How does 23k dollars sound for a 2009 with this many mikes (175k)... figured he could put another 100k mi on it easy... anything in particular to look for?

$23k is not bad imho. My 2009 has 150k and I believe it will go 400k+ miles. Not one issue driving it 25,000 miles that I've had it.

I'd check a bit more carefully into the history. That's an average of 60 miles every day for 8 years; seems like a lot more than a "soccer mom" would put on an LC. Small ski boats can still weigh a lot and small is a subjective term! If additional history info checks out ok, that price would be good in the midwest.
