OME Front Suspension - Med or HD?

I've decided to go with the OME suspension on the FJC. I plan on mounting the Expedition 1 bumper and T-Max winch (est 170lbs). Man-a-Fre recommended the Medium suspension front and rear. Has anyone tried a bumper/winch install with the OME Medium front? If so, what is your opinion?
