OKC Informal meetup - Take 3

Okay Gentlemen and Ladies...

This Thursday is our third try at an informal meeting in OKC. The first was somewhat successful with about 8 people and four rigs. Our second was, shall we say, not so successful...just Bo, Scott, and myself!

So for this one I would really like to see a little more PAR-TI-CI-PATION!!! And maybe even an officer or two so that I can pay some dues

When: Thursday 9th @ 7:00pm

Where: Still working on this...I would like to find a better place then Hooters (not that there is anything wrong with Hooters.) Any ideas? Any preferences (north/south/east/west)?

Why: To meet your fellow cruiserheads.

Please post up if you can make it and if you can't make it then please post up yer sorry excuse...

OKC meeting

I hope to be there (Swadleys). I have a board meeting tomorrow afternoon that SHOULD be over before 7 PM. If it is, I'll swing by Swadleys on the way home. I'll be in my green 99 Taco x-cab TRD. Hope to see you and others there. I normally have schedule conflicts on tuesday and thursday evenings- that's why I haven't been able to make any of the other meets. It will be nice to let down a little with some friendly faces and BBQ!

Okay, I'll show up again im my black/grey LX450 hoping to meet more members and talk cruisers. Plus, I owe Matt $50 for the roof rack. Swadley's it is. At least the the food will be better than the view, unless you count the cruisers. Oh, i forgot that i get a check tomorrow and i don't have any bills to pay. I think its time to buy a locker. I hope we have a great turnout.

Scott...I saw the roof rack in the pics of the last run-looks good. Let me know when you want to install the locker as I have some gears (4.11) and two ARB's to install as well, we can dirty up my garage.

Sorry, I missed the fun. Cafe issues kept me offline & tied up for a while. Any plans for a December meeting or is everyone laying low due to busy Holidays schedules?

Btw, I've been playing around down at the North Canadian River, and it's a blast. Even got stuck in a quick sand sink hole. Horribly embarassing story to tell you guys later. When we get a scheduled club run together, it will be a blast.
