Oil Pressure Question

Actual oil pressure test to ease my mind
Well, it took me a while and the sensor is situated in a way that you either see it or only feel it.
Made some test flex tube.
Verified that the sensor is 1/8 BSPT, as everyone said it is...
Bled the air in the first few second and tested cold and hot.
Results:
Cold idle: 42 psi
Cold 2500 rpm: 75 psi
Working temp idle: 26 psi
Working temp 2500 rpm: 65 psi
Thought if I sanded the terminals on the sending unit I would get better contact, thus better (higher) readings on the oem gage.
It didn't work.....I will order a new sending unit.
