I was able to score a batch of new oem Toyota pintle hooks including the hardware to mount them . These fit 40:60/70 and 80 series . I also have a few for the Lexus GX owners that use a different bolt pattern .

These are a 120$ plus 20$ flat rate shipping in the lower 48

Received mine. Not sure how you got these or where exactly they came from, but cross referencing pics from Cruiser Dan's posts on the ones from the dealer these are legit. And a whole lot cheaper., and available.
